Falcon Structures is an Austin, TX-based manufacturer of modular, shipping container-based structures, providing a cost-friendly alternative to traditional construction processes. Falcon’s core business utilizes repurposed shipping containers for equipment enclosures, space augmentation solutions, and field operations facilities. However, new developments in the building codes will allow Falcon to be a pioneer in providing construction solutions for the code-based construction business. Trinity and Falcon closed the transaction in December 2018.
