Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) has partnered with Carrollton Mineral Partners to raise $35 million for Carrollton Minerals’ fourth fund, Carrollton Mineral Partners IV, LP. The fund will acquire royalty, mineral, and similar interests in U.S. assets positioned for future oil and gas development. TPEG previously invested in Carrollton Minerals’ third fund and has committed $7.2 million to this fourth fund.
